Joyce Coughlan was most recently a partner with Town & Shore Associates in Portland, a Sotheby's International Realty Affiliate.

Joyce was educated in New York State and has an MS in Education from SUNY. Subsequently she taught abroad with the Peace Corps and in the USA including corporate training from McGraw Hill.

Professionally her real estate career over the past 15 years has included acceptance in Who's Who of Luxury Real Estate, a recipient of the Citibank award for sales and a member of the Mark Stimson Platinum club. She worked for Mark Stimson in Falmouth from 1986-195 and from 1995-2001 with Town & Shore Associates. She holds the GRI, CRS, and ABR real estate designations.

Joyce and her husband Patrick own Kingsley Pines, a private coeducation camp and events center on Panther Pond in Raymond.
